Dear Prayer Warriors,
Brian is in CHLA doing 3rd dose of chemo now. It started last night.
But the fever happen this morning. They said that's very common for this kind of chemo arac.
His platelet grow by itself during the week we were home from 17k to 30k.
They gave him platelet before installing the PICC line for him becaus it require 50K to do the procedure.
As I said that the hospital schedule sometime change, we need to has the flexibility to adjust ourselves to work with it.
The NPO ( no food for 8 hours started at 4am.) for anesthesia plan changed after the Child Life Ashley came in to convience Brian to do it awake. Brian agreed to do
it without sleeping. It took around 30 minutes to do that procedure this afternoon.
The PICC line installation keep bothering me since they pull out his PICC line last time. I don't know why God Guided me to go to downstair to ask Brian's medical history report while he was doing that procedure
I noticed a very special painting when I talked to the staff. It said " Your helping hands in HIM ". Wow! It is. There were at least 10 helping hands in that room to help him. The procedure was done successfully after 30 minutes. I didn't really need those history report for it will takes few weeks. I just came to that room to see that picture. God is so true! Thanks Lord.
Now the day2 chemo dose 1 is running. It will done tomorrow. The fever is bothering Brian now.
Let's pray for Brian
1. His body can tolerate the chemo and the fever will go away after that.
2. This chemo will destroy all the left leukemia cell.
Let's shift our focus from this limited realm and start looking at God’s supernatural realm, we’ll see His unlimited possibilities for Brian's future.
Take the limits off by setting our thoughts on what Almighty God can do in our life.
In Jesus name, Amen!
God bless you,
Mark & Anita
